Beachtown Texas
Galveston Island, Texas
Working closely with Architect Milosav Cekic, we developed a series of highly detailed 3D images for two different projects being built on the east side of Galveston Island.  An important design aesthetic was to reflect the rich heritage of the architectural style of nearby Galveston, Texas.  Another design criteria was to design these structures to withstand category 5 hurricane forces.  This particular development requires all buildings to exceed FEMA's standards and has implemented the "Fortified... for safer living program" developed by the Institute for Business and Home Safety.

This project highlights my capabilities with BIM modeling, construction document development and 3D architectural rendering.
Byrd Residence Elevation Study (daytime)

Milosav designed this incredible home for a wonderful client who allowed us to explore outdoor lighting and intricate wood detailing that reflected the rich heritage of Galveston's Victorian architecture.
Byrd Residence Elevation Study (evening)

This particular home site is at the end of the Main Promenade leading to the Dune Walk and within minutes of the beach.  The observation tower will have an incredible view of the ocean and the wrap around porches are large enough to put out some chairs and enjoy the spectacular view.
Neighborhood Center - Main Promenade

Milosav designed and planned the main promenade which included a main square with matching Neighborhood Center buildings that would provide for Retail space on the ground floor and first level, with Residential Living on the upper three levels.  The promenade included outdoor eating areas, gardens, and a full size bocce ball court.
